Aloe & Turmeric exfoliation is a softer, gel-based treatment combining aloe vera with a carefully controlled amount of turmeric.

Rather than relying on coarse particles or vigorous brushing, the treatment focuses on gentle surface exfoliation with a smooth botanical preparation.

Why aloe and turmeric?

Aloe vera is widely used in skin-care formulations for its cooling, hydrating texture, while turmeric is valued for its distinctive botanical compounds and long history of cosmetic use.

At Amber Sea Holistics, these ingredients are used for their texture, sensory qualities and suitability within a gentle exfoliating preparation.

The treatment is not presented as a treatment for acne, inflammation, wounds or other medical skin conditions.

What makes this treatment different?

The preparation is soft, smooth and less mechanically intense than salt scrubs or Dry Brushing.

The amount of turmeric, the texture of the exfoliant and the way it is applied can all be adjusted depending on the client’s skin.

If the skin is too irritated, damaged, reactive or otherwise unsuitable for exfoliation, the treatment is postponed or another approach is chosen.

What to expect

The aloe-and-turmeric preparation is applied in gentle movements over suitable areas of the body.

Pressure and contact time are kept light and adapted to the skin’s response.

Afterwards, the skin is carefully cleansed and finished with a botanical oil or moisturizing preparation selected for the individual client.

The experience

This treatment is often chosen when a softer exfoliation method is more appropriate than coarse scrubs or brushing.

The aim is simple: gentle surface renewal without unnecessary irritation.

Before booking

This treatment is not suitable for anyone with a known allergy or sensitivity to aloe vera, turmeric or any ingredient used in the preparation.

It is also not performed over:

• broken or wounded skin
• active skin infection
• significant irritation or inflammation
• freshly sunburned skin
• areas where exfoliation would risk further damage

As with all Amber Sea Holistics exfoliation treatments, the final method is chosen according to the condition of the skin at the time of treatment.
