Do: 

Drink plenty of water – Hydration helps flush toxins and supports cell recovery. 

Rest if needed – You may feel light-headed, tired, or euphoric. That’s normal. 

Eat nourishing food – Your metabolism may speed up, so fuel your body well. 

Avoid: 

Driving or operating machinery if you feel dizzy 

Alcohol for 24 hours, as your body is already detoxing 

Overexertion – Give your body a chance to process
